REFUND POLICY

You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange/refund, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. *** During our free shipping offer, $25 will be deducted from your refund.*** Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk. 

Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on pierced earring purchases.

We agree to reimburse or exchange any product delivered to you that arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, or is not as described on our website. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

Items returned to us MUST be deemed by us to be in their original condition and packaging before a refund will be issued. Ginga Stone will only refund return regular mail postage IF you are returning an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage or shipping charges paid by Ginga Stone for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided. Please send your returns in their original packaging to:

For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard un-padded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
